An exceptional cultural program; first a classical concert, followed by shows and performances of different themes.
An expert committee selects and comments five different wines.
You will taste each with a special dish prepared by Monsieur Faure, of the “Délices des Prince” in Fabrègues. To reward your associates or invite your privileged clients your Company may reserve tables (8 guests per table) and this at a preferential rate

Our chapel boasts the largest semicircular romanesque vault of the Languedoc -Roussillon region.
THE GALLERY
Built in the XVIII th century the gallery of the cloister is 40m long. It leads to the adjoining parlours, the first floor and the terrace. Sunny in the morning, softly lit in the afternoon it contributes to the calm business like atmosphere of the place.
It can be set up as a dining room for 150 or a cocktail/reception space for 450.
THE RECEPTION ROOMS
There are four lounges, dating from the 18th century, each suitable for groups of 30 people, and all equipped with wireless high speed internet connexion.
The right place for a dinner, lunch or business meeting.
THE MEDIEVAL KITCHEN
The place to enjoy wine and spit roast game which can accommodate up to 30 people.
THE OUTDOOR SPACES
The main courtyard with hedges and shaded plane trees, fountain and herb garden within the atmospheric gated approach.
Or on the other side the front terrace of the chateau with its dramatic views over the garden, vineyards and garrique, both outstanding places for open air events.
PROVISION of SERVICES
We operate an Event manager system so each client has a direct interface with the chateau, staff and facilities teams to deliver the most professional event.
The managers have an experienced team of professional service groups to:
Handle catering at the highest level,
Floodlighting the facade and the main courtyard,
To organize Son et Lumière events,
Flower decoration,
Professionnal and experienced staff can be provided,
Furniture and Audio Video equipment can be rented.
